Supplier error claims

Generation/regulation of claim income from suppliers in respect of operational errors  (made by the supplier) that have caused the operator/principal additional expenditure.

e.g. claims against Shipping Lines, Rail companies, Trucking companies, Cleaning stations, Ports, Terminals, Depot’s etc.

• Residual product – cleaning and destructions costs

• Non-complete cleaning
